The need for affordable housing continues to grow, particularly the need for affordable housing to the lowest income individuals. Many studies have shown there are only 30 units of affordable housing available for every 100 extremely low-income Americans.

RHG focus to provide quality, secure, and affordable housing has never wavered since its inception in 1994, and only has strengthen over the years as the need for affordable housing has increased.
