CHAIRMAN, Co - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Mr. Coats is the founder, Chairman, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Director of several not-for-profit corporations including Resource Healthcare of America, Inc., Student Housing of America, Inc., Military Housing of America, Inc., RHA/Housing, Inc., and other various affiliates (collectively “RHA”). Since its formation in 1987, the principal activities of RHA have been the acquisition, ownership development, and operation of housing and healthcare facilities. RHA healthcare division has operated in 9 states and has owned hospitals, facilities for the developmentally disabled, nursing homes, and community-based behavioral health services. In October 2015, RHA sold its healthcare operations to a private equity firm and at that time the company was providing services to over 10,000 people a day producing in excess of $260 million of revenue with over 5,000 employees. RHA has continued to expand its housing division and currently owns 50+ apartment communities and is a developer and investor in memory care, assisted living, and independent living facilities. Mr. Coats is on the Board of Directors of the Shepherd Center Hospital which specializes in the treatment of spinal and brain injury and other neuromuscular conditions located in Atlanta, GA. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition and is also a member of the President Cabinet at the University of Alabama.

Co - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Chase Northcutt is President of RHG and RHG/Affordable Housing II, Inc., RHG/AffordableHousing III, Inc., and numerous housing subsidiaries. Mr. Northcutt has been with RHG since 1995. Mr. Northcutt manages the development and financing of RHG multifamily projects, including negotiating for the purchase of land and arranging for architectural, engineering, and construction services, structuring relationships with the company’s partners, facilitating applications for tax credits, arranging for financing and grants, and overseeing the construction process. He also oversees the operations of completed projects and is responsible for relationships with the company’s lenders and equity investors. Mr. Northcutt graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration. Mr. Northcutt is a native of Dothan, Alabama and is currently a resident of Atlanta, Georgia.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Farmer has been with Resource Housing Group since 2021, supervising financial matters for the entire RHG ecosystem. He spent the last 15 years as Chief Financial Officer of Routematch Software. During his tenure at Routematch, Mr. Farmer guided the organization through rapid topline growth, international expansion, and an eventual exit with a sale to Uber Technologies in 2020. Mr. Farmer also served as Assistant Controller at Hardin Construction – now part of DPR, one of America’s largest private construction companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University. Mr. Farmer is currently a resident of Smyrna, Georgia.

VICE PRESIDENT OF ASSET MANAGEMENT

Mr. Patel is responsible for the operations of the Resource Housing Group’s housing portfolio, which consists of over 4,200+ units and 50+ properties. He works closely with property management personnel to monitor operating performance, address compliance issues, coordinate property insurance, oversight of annual budgets, and site inspections, and review property financial performance. Additionally, he maintains close contact with portfolio equity investors, lenders, and housing authorities to address their operating and performance concerns. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT

Sam Coats works with landowners, government agencies, engineers and architects, debt and equity providers, and development partners to develop affordable housing communities across the United States. Additionally, he facilitates the origination, completion of the construction, and stabilization of communities developed by the Resource Housing Group. Coats is a graduate of The Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration at The University of Alabama. Upon graduation, Coats worked for Retail Planning Corporation as a commercial leasing agent before joining RH Group in 2019. He is a native of and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Melissa, and son, Peter.
